What is Round Ours?
Round Ours makes creative social games for dinners, birthdays, nights in, nights out, couples, trips and everything in between. Some are ready to play, some can be personalised, and all are made to get people talking, laughing and always involved.
What formats are the games available in?
It depends on the game. Some are available as digital downloads, while others can be ordered as printed versions. The available format will always be listed on the individual product page.
Can I buy a game as a gift?
Definitely. Round Ours games work really well as gifts for birthdays, couples, trips, celebrations or just because. If you want something more personal, have a look at our Make It Yours options.
Can I see all the prompts before purchasing?
We show a selection so you can get a feel for the game without giving everything away. Part of the fun is not knowing exactly what’s coming next.
I’m not sure which game to choose. Can you help?
Of course. Send us a message through the Contact page or Instagram and tell us a little about the group, occasion or vibe you’re planning for, and we’ll help point you in the right direction.
Orders
How do digital downloads work?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive access to the digital file. Simply download it, follow the instructions and print anything that needs to be printed before you play.
Do you offer printed versions?
Yes, selected games are available as printed versions. The options available will be shown on each product page.
How do personalised games work?
Choose the personalised game you’d like and send us the details requested when ordering. We’ll use them to create an edition tailored to your person, group or occasion.
How long do personalised orders take?
Because each personalised game is created individually, turnaround times may vary. Personalised orders are typically completed within 3–5 business days. If you need your game for a specific date, we recommend ordering as early as possible and including the date with your order so we can confirm availability.
Can I request something completely custom?
Yes. If you have an idea that doesn’t quite fit one of our existing personalised options, get in touch through the Contact page and tell us what you have in mind. We’ll let you know what’s possible.
Delivery
Do you deliver in Hong Kong?
Yes. Printed Round Ours orders can be arranged for delivery within Hong Kong. Any delivery details or charges will be confirmed with your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the type of order and whether any personalisation is involved. If you need your order by a particular date, include that when ordering so we can confirm whether it can be accommodated.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, physical delivery is available within Hong Kong only. If you’re based overseas, our digital games are still available to purchase and play from anywhere.
